Hi! I’m AB, the founder and leader of Lonewolf District. I’m a Reiki Master, ancestral Shaman, and RYT200 yoga instructor. I’ve been on this spiritual journey since 2019, but my intuitive gifts and superpowers have been present since I was five years old. Learn more about my journey here.

I created the Wolfpack because I know what it feels like to hold so much on your own. Yoga and meditation became the practices that brought me back into my body and helped me anchor through life’s seasons. Now I’m offering that same grounding to you.
